I am an experienced maths teacher of 8 years. I understand challenges of learning maths in school for the student. I am experienced in working with students of all abilities including SEND.
As a subject specialist I have sound knowledge of the maths curriculum, common misconceptions and how exam papers are marked.

I draw from a range of representations and explanations to meet individual needs, meeting each student where they are at, identifying their strengths and weaknesses and addressing gaps in understanding.
I am passionate about supporting students to achieve their potential - I provide the support to build confidence, secure foundations, develop higher level skills and acheive results. I beleive in progress and success for every student.
